Mastermind Shipmanagement marked another important milestone with the successful launching of its newest vessel, with Hull No. HCY-252 at Huanghai Shipyard on 17.12.2025.

HCY-252 which later will be named MV UMEA was officially launched into the water following the completion of a major phase in its construction process.

The project reflects the continued cooperation between Mastermind Shipmanagement, Huanghai Shipyard, whose combined efforts ensured the smooth progress of the new build from planning through to her launching.

As part of the company’s fleet expansion and modernization program, the vessel has been designed with a focus on operational efficiency and environmental performance. It incorporates most modern technologies aimed at reducing fuel consumption and emissions while supporting reliable day-to-day operations.

The successful launching represents another step in Mastermind Shipmanagement’s commitment to maintaining a modern and efficient fleet while supporting sustainable shipping practices.
