Mastermind Shipmanagement continued it’s commitment to further educate our top management team on board with yet another seminar. A two-day Leadership Seminar was especially crafted from MSM and successfully delivered in Manila to our leading seafarers.

The seminar was conducted by Anthony T. Talampas and focused on leadership development, communication, teamwork, and the continuous improvement of onboard management practices.

Through interactive discussions and practical sessions, participants exchanged experiences and explored ways to further strengthen cooperation across our fleet.

The event was attended by Captain Adami and Nikolas Adami , highlighting the company’s strong commitment to supporting our crews and maintaining high professional standards throughout our operations.
