The responsibility of our management team is to offer services that meet customer’s quality standard requirements, always considering:

  • human life at sea
  • the environment
  • the requirements and expectations of the customer
  • services offered to be competitive and based on efficiency and quality

With our Quality and Safety Management System we aim to avoid operational mistakes and to optimise organisational structure.

– Quality means to meet customer requirements

Reliability, economy and safety are characteristics of quality, which means that we:

  • Aim to protect human life
  • Aim for environmental protection in compliance with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL
  • Continuously maintain vessel’s technical condition
  • Cooperate with our employees to achieve a permanent improvement of quality
